Steps to use Real Email Validation:

Step 1

Login to the My.RealValidation.com customer portal. If you don’t have an account yet, start a trial here.

Step 2

Navigate to the Validation tab. The validation tab can be reached from the menu on the left or the icon on the top of the page.

Step 3

Select Real Email Validation from the Validation Method dropdown menu.

Step 4

Review the file submission guidelines below the dropdown. For complete instructions on the email Validation process, see Email Verification API or batch instructions.

Step 5

Submit your file. Select choose file and browser for your file, or drag and drop.

Step 6

The validated file will be emailed to you. Files are processed as received. Your file should be returned anywhere from 2 to 30 minutes, depending on volume. If you do not receive your file after 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and whitelist Alert@RealValidation.com to ensure you receive files in the future.
